Summer Begins Officially!!!

Our wonderful little grassy area where we have our gas bar-b-que ready for our use 365 days a year (366 Leap Year).  The best time to get that bar-b-que clean and shiny is usually Spring.  Yet our Spring this year was Winter.  We went from winter to summer and on this specific day, PC had the opportunity to clean the bar-b-que.

Oh so shinny and new looking!
We've had this great bar-b-que for years and it is wonderful.

Well used just like I said, 365 (366) leap year!
Yes, we bar-b-que during snowy days, rainy days, bright sun-shiny days and on this day we didn't bar-b-que.

PC cooked and what a yummy dinner this was too (if you have not been reading our blog, it would be a good idea to go back several postings to see all of the great and delicious meals we've been enjoying.) !

Ginger Chicken with a hint of citrus, rice noodles and fresh veggies with soy sauce!
This is what you call beautiful plating, absolutely fantastic flavors that compliment each other that brings everything together for an oriental style dinner.
I had homemade Boston Ice Tea (brewed tea, cranberry juice and a squeeze of fresh orange).
So there, we don't always bar-b-que every single day but it is available all nice and clean again thanks to my Prince Charming!
