We are now STARS!

We were walking to an open house at U.S. Senator Mike Lee's office Thursday, 9-1 at 5:00PM.
We did not know that this photo was being taken by our local newspaper, The Spectrum.

PC was interviewed by the newspaper and was quoted extensively by them!

If you want to see the full article where my PC is being quoted, email us and we will be able to send it to you through an email.  I am not that savvy to know how to attach a PDF document to the blog.  I was able to copy and paste this section with a little bit of editing.
(MY PC said) "...also pleased with Lee's
performance in the Senate
thus far.
"He's a constitutionalist
and we need to get back to
the basics," (My PC) he said, adding
that he planned to ask
Lee about immigration
issues during Thursday
night's town hall meeting
in St. George.
As community members
gathered to meet
with the Senator at his St.
George office, (My PC)
...said he is far from alone
in his support of Lee.
"He gets a lot of support from people in
Washington County,"
he said (My PC).

This is the first time that we've had our photograph (not knowing) taken together from behind, "BEHIND".  We think it is cute and really neat that the Spectrum was able to capture us walking through the flags holding each others' hands like we normally do all the time!  Ahhhhh, they didn't catch us giving each other a quick kiss though, perhaps that would be too much PDA (Public Display of Affection).

After the open house, we went to a "Town Hall Meeting" with Senator Lee where both of us asked questions of him.

Here are some photographs that I was able to take of this great event!

This is inside of Senator Mike Lee's new office with my PC.
By the way, it is the first time that any senator has ever opened an office in St. George, Washington County, Utah!
The official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony!
