Fun Weather

My PC was able to put up our Weather Station this past week and it is working perfectly!  Check out the pictures because today was a day for really interesting weather in our neighborhood.  Enjoy.
PC has secured this wonderful new and fun weather station in our backyard.  The perfect place too!  Unfortunately, you are not able to see the anemometer spin around and around so quickly in the picture but we can see it in person.  Very cool.

Have you ever wondered what .02 inches of rain looks like?  Not to wonder any more.

When it is warm outside, that .02 inches sure does dry up fast!
The temperature was about 91 degrees outside when the rain started to pour down!   The wind was gusting at 21mph.  I was not going out there when the rain was coming down hard and blowing.  So I waited to go out to take the pictures, obviously.

This is the receiver or Base Station that is in our house so we can see what all the weather is about.

We need to change the date because today is actually July 24th.  We pushed the wrong button at set-up and didn't notice it until now!  So Funny!!!

Yesterday, July 23rd, we had a beautiful sky (picture above).  This is looking in the southeast direction and if you look closely you will see the dark downpour against the gorgeous blue sky.
Thanks for visiting!
