Problem or not?

Hmm, I would say that this is a small problem of about 6 feet! This could be very interesting and at this moment it is entertaining. Go ahead and laugh, we did.

Do we have a solution?
Not quite. The trailer lives on this side of the shed and the boat must live on the other side.

We knew that this was going to cause us a challenge of what to do with this boat. So we were brainstorming all the way to and from New York and came up with several different ideas, actually six solutions in all.
1. Storage in town
2. Addition to Shed (three different designs)
3. Modify the existing shed

The new boat fits into the shed. Yippee! We are doing the happy dance. Want to see the close "CLOSE" up pictures? Scroll down a bit more.
Back wall and the back of the boat with the motor down. Now that is close!

Inside the shed with the door down!

Our modification idea has become our solution but we needed to do a fit-check first. As you are looking into the shed, the right side has a mezzanine and it hangs out, I think, 10 feet from the back wall. We need to do a modification to that and shorten it by three feet.

Where you see the boat now is the side where the trailer lives and the fit-check is good. Keep checking back to see just what we will do in the next several weeks.
