Wonderful Month of August

It has certainly been a wonderful month for us and now we are in the middle of September. How did that happen so quickly? Time is flying and I just can't account for each day. It must be this thing called getting older - Just remember, life is similar to wine - it gets better with age. It is all how you handle it and we certainly do it with positive vigor, CHEERS!

We had the pleasure of having Rob come to visit us and even though it was a short visit it was full of fun for all of us.

I love this picture above because I was able to catch the action! It is my screen saver on my computer for this month. Father and son playing on their seadoos at Quail Lake.


Everyone chases this rooster and Robby was able to get into the action also on this day.
The rooster is our neighbor's animal and they do not have him in the hen house. It gets to run free and eat all the bugs around. Until it starts to poop on our property. Then it has to go home!!!
By the way, it doesn't make the early morning cock-a-doodledoo song - it is a low purring type sound, very strange.



Great Kid!
Not so much a kid in size any more but he is a kid at heart, thank goodness. Just like his Dad!












I'm the luckiest person alive to have both of these two wonderful men in my life!










Additional fun while we were in Washington with our other son and his family.
The picture above is a rare event to having all of us together at one time! We are having dinner at the Olive Garden after wedding.
Who are these people? I know you can pick out myself and PC, that is our son and our lovely daughter-in-law with all three kids!!!


This is the next day with the family at their home. We had a great time with everyone and a fantastic dinner!
